Based on your priorities (you two, immediate family, and key moments), along with the natural flow of each day, I’ve created two custom coverage options below. Both are designed to avoid repetition across events while still telling a complete, meaningful story of your weekend.
Package 01
Thoughtfully Curated Weekend
14 hours of coverage across 3 days
This option is ideal for couples who value storytelling and emotion while keeping coverage streamlined and purposeful.
Coverage Breakdown Example:
Friday – American Wedding (5 hours)
Ceremony & reception at Pat’s Fisherman’s Wharf
Focus on bride & groom portraits, immediate family, and key moments
Includes one exit
Saturday – Indian Pre-Wedding Celebration (4 hours)
Coverage of cultural traditions, choreographed dances, and candid energy
Emphasis on movement, emotion, and guest interactions
No getting-ready coverage
Sunday – Indian Reception (5 hours)
Elegant reception coverage with a refined, editorial feel
Optional getting-ready coverage
Speeches, formal moments, and portraits
One Indian event total will include an exit (client’s choice)

Expanded portrait time for bride & groom and immediate family

Greater flexibility for timeline shifts and spontaneous events
Focus on energy, connection, and cultural storytelling
Sunday – Indian Reception (6 hours)
Getting-ready coverage (if not covered Saturday)
